If I could give 6 out of 5, I would! Albert's service is unsurpassed! Not only is his eye for color and fabric outstanding (and the same is true of Nick), their work is careful and outstanding. When I left, I had one suit, a second pair of pants, and three shirts - and Albert decided that he needed to do a bit more work on the second jacket, and well as some additional shirts I ordered. They arrived just over a week later, PERFECT - and he even managed to clear a delivery issue with DHL in the US. This is impressive!

I have used Milan Tailors for over 14 years. I purchased my first suit and shirts back in 2004 during a work trip to Hong Kong and Albert has been visiting me ever since all over the world. They make routine trips to various regions, which makes it nice for re-orders, special event item, etc.... Tip for success is to bring a suit or shirt you really like the fit of and tell them what you like about it and you are most likely going to be happy. Ryan

Terrible service. The quality is poor and cheap

Bought a black suit for a funeral that I needed to attend. It was an urgent need and Jade was very helpful in getting the suit ready within a week. It took two fittings needed to get it perfectly fitted, and they were very happy to fit it into their schedule within a week. Price was reasonable at HK$3500 for the 2 pc suit and I'm overall satisfied with the service at such pricing.

I have used Milan Tailors on a few occasions. It's a family business. Last time I had two jackets tailored by them, quality was okay. One jacket was returned for small minor amendments; the other was fine. (Source: askandyaboutclothes.com)
