NOT recommended and will never return. Bad quality control with uncleaned pencil marks and unfinished button hole. Never seen a shirt with single forearm pleat as large as 1 inch. Cuffs too small and the arrogant women blamed on me! Regretted to have chosen the most expensive fabric in their store and wasted $1000. Men working there were energetic while the women were like dead fish. The arrogant woman spoke loudly and was not very polite to the old tailors in front of customers. Never response customers’ query on Facebook Messenger nor WhatsApp. Ian the founder should pay more attention to the quality and customer service instead of marketing, if he has a real heart in tailoring business.

The experience was way below expectation. It took me three times of measurement to get the job done while the fitness of the final products (shirts) were still not satisfactory. Cuffs couldn't fit my shoulder and underarm. I just got tired to redo and revisit the fourth time. The product and customer experience does not match the price and shop deco.

Very efficient, with only 1 fitting needed. Quality of fabric is also very good.

The thing I don't like about Cuff's and others are they take your measurements then it's made in China. (Source: Reddit)

Really like Cuffs approach, and where issues do arise (wrong fabric in my case), they deal with it quickly and without fuss (Source: Flyertalk)

The beauty about cuffs is that you can customize any aspect of your shirt e.g. threads, lining, buttons etc from their "shirt bar" - in my experience these details would be too cumbersome for your average Indian tailor to execute properly. I paid between $480 - $550 per shirt which had different colored lining, threads, and horn buttons. The only issue i had is that they don't do a fitting. But they had no problems altering the length of one sleeve. (Source: Flyertalk)
