Golden Peak Tailor & Alteration

Might be a great tailor but I went to have 3 pairs of trousers altered but the first thing was the first time I went to collect the item, only two of the 3 pairs were ready, the other one was apparently still with the tailor which is fine, mistakes happen. Only thing is when I got home to check, one pair of the two I collected had not been altered at all The other pair which only needed shortened was done by such shoddy handiwork I might have done it myself. On going to collect again, it was delayed. Only managed to collect it the third time round. Most definitely would not be back. Was not the cheapest you could get either.

Got a plain, H-line work skirt copied. Price was a bit higher than expected, but happy with the result. Likely will go back to get a few more.

If you want cheap: I went to Golden Peak Tailor in World Wide House, Central last month when I visited HK. I paid $2,200 HKD for a suit with an extra pair of pants. Quality is meh, you get want you pay for. Put my order in on a Tuesday, fitting on Thursday, picked my suit up on Saturday. I am from the US, so a tailor suit under $300 USD is a steal. So for me, it's worth it. Probably will go for something more expensive the next time I visit. (Source: Reddit)
