Really the best in Hong Kong, well worth the money in terms of fit and build quality of the garment.

Hong Kong is known for its plethora of tailors but WW Chan stands out in terms of its quality fabrics and bespoke tailoring. They use fabrics from the fabric houses and mills (Ermenegildo Zegna, Loro Piana, Agnona, Cadena, Elegance, Tissus Monde and Rendez-Vous) and the tailoring is of the highest quality. When I arrived at their store in Central, I was a little bit hesitant because it seemed like I was the only female customer. But Danny put me at ease and I explained to him what I wanted (button placket, many buttons like Anne Fontaine's so I wouldn't get the dreaded gape). He showed me the fabric that they would use (stretch cotton) and I could tell it was high quality woven cotton. Danny took my measurements and when I looked around the store a jacket caught my eye - it was pink tweed and very familiar looking. I wanted one like it in black and they assured me that it will fit perfectly and even make me look slimmer. I looked inside their jacket and they even had silk lining and the famous chain at the bottom hem of the jacket like a certain French designer. Ooh la la! If you like a certain dress, jacket or shirt, they will do their best to copy that style for you and have many fashion fashion magazines for you to peruse so you can find the style you like. I had one fitting for the shirts and jacket and everything was completed within a week and a half. When I came in to collect my shirts, I loved how it hid all my flaws and enhanced everything else. The jacket was perfect for me and made me look 5 pounds slimmer. Danny told me that he will be travelling to the States for a tour and will take orders for shirts and suits for his clients in the US who aren't able to make it to HK. I am a total convert for bespoke tailoring. It is definitely not cheap, but when I can afford it, I will go back to WW Chan and make shirts, jackets and topcoats and trim down my wardrobe so I will only have quality clothes in a small quantity instead of ill fitting and cheaper clothes of large quantity. In all sincerity, totally worth it. Chan suits are of the best quality in HK and the house style blend the flair of a younger, sleeker, italian cut with the timeless quality stitching of Savile row. Fabric on offer is first class too. Costs for a two piece using a less expensive fabrics is ard HKD11-12k--higher ends get into the HKD16-20k range. To get a perfect match, expect 3 fittings--it can take a while to get done. W.w. Chan has a great brand name and when you go to their trunk shows in NYC, they come across as very client friendly. I ordered a suit that cost more 2k usd. After 3 or 4 wears, the pants split down the middle, not just the stitching. All embarrassment aside, when I called them up to talk to them the first thing I was told was that it will cost me 700 usd to replace those pants. When I expressed my displeasure , they gave me an offer of 300 usd replacement charge and said this is a "special offer" or take a hike. In between I had placed an order of 2 more suits, which I have cancelled, and am following up with my credit card co. I highly doubt I will get a refund (Source: Quora)

Obviously you won’t get a refund, this is a bespoke tailoring shop not your H&M shop
